30:30 Vision 2006
MAANZ's travelling exhibition, entitled 30:30 Vision, was inspired by AIMC (Associazione Internazionale Mosaicisti Contemporanei - or International Association of Contemporary Mosaicists) in Ravenna, Italy. The theme for this year's exhibition was Inspired by the Classics. What we wanted to do is to go back into the classical world - look at old classical mosaics from around the world - Italy, Greece, Tunisia, North Africa, Turkey wherever and specifically target the human form. In other words look at the body.

30:30 Vision 2005
MAANZ's travelling exhibition, entitled 30:30 Vision, was inspired by AIMC (Associazione Internazionale Mosaicisti Contemporanei - or International Association of Contemporary Mosaicists) in Ravenna, Italy. The theme for this year's exhibition was Native Flowers. Works from Australian mosaicists travelled around Australia and were displayed at the Stitches and Craft Shows in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne; the Royal Easter Show in Sydney; and Floriard, Canberra. We sent a disc of images of the Australian works to Italy, where they were exhibited electronically and by printed catalogue . Below are images from the exhibition.
