This is an open exhibition and up to two entries are open to both MAANZ members and non-members. Please refer to the information sheet for full details on dimensions of work accepted, key dates and everything else you need to know! All works are for sale and MAANZ will take 33% commission on sales. Emails to all entrants with details for when and where to deliver work will be sent after entries close.

You may supply a maximum of two (2) images per entry. Please refer to your downloaded 30:30 Vision Info Sheet.

For materials please provide as much detail as possible. For example glass should be identified as vitreous glass, leadlight glass, etc. Avoid terms such as mixed media. Information on substrate and adhesive is not required

Artist's Declaration

  • I have read the terms and conditions as stated on the Exhibition Entry Information Sheet and agree to abide by them.

  • I declare that the information provided by me, including the Australian Taxation Declaration, is true and correct.

  • I declare that the artwork/s submitted by me are MY OWN ORIGINAL WORK and DESIGN and have not been previously exhibited at a MAANZ exhibition. I understand that MAANZ will remove my work from the exhibition if it is found to be in breach of copyright.

  • I acknowledge that MAANZ has collected personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988) and agree to allow MAANZ to use this information for the purposes of conducting an art exhibition. I am able to gain access to this personal information by providing MAANZ with a written request.

  • I agree to allow MAANZ to photograph and reproduce submitted artwork/s by print or electronic media for the purposes of advertising, promotion and fundraising.

  • By submitting your entry, you agree that MAANZ may reproduce images of your work - whether individually or as part of a group - for archival purposes, internal cataloguing, and the promotion of this exhibition or of MAANZ as an organisation, in both print and digital formats.

Australian Taxation Declaration

MAANZ is not registered to collect GST. Therefore, as an artist, if you are registered for GST, please include GST in your sale price. MAANZ will pay you the relevant amount of GST along with any money owing to you from sales of works. It is your obligation to pay any amounts due to the Australian Tax Office
