The MAANZ Mentorship Program - Flicking the switch

Every artist knows the thrill of the Aha! moment—that spark of clarity when a creative or technical block is overcome. These moments often come through connection, reflection, and the right support.That’s why MAANZ is reimagining its Mentorship Program with 'Flicking the Switch’, a mentorship program designed to offer personalised learning with experienced mosaic artists, helping members develop their skills, expand their practice, and spark fresh creative and technical breakthroughs.

The program is currently under review as we shape a more dynamic and sustainable model to benefit both mentors and mentees. We’ll be launching a renewed program in early 2026, so stay tuned.
